Job Responsibilities:
Functional Specification

• Responsible to analyse and define detailed functional specifications based on the functional and non-functional requirements document.
• Collaborate with Functional Business Analyst to clarify functional and non-functional requirements.
• Define and ensure traceability from functional specifications to business requirements.

Technical Design

• Responsible to create technical design.
• Ensure technical design adheres to architectural roadmap, Development practices, and security requirements.
• In case of vendor implementation: Ensure vendor resources creqate technical design document.
• Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to clarify functional specification and technical design during build, test and deployment phase.
• Collaborate with Production Support to establish TI operations procedures and document as part of Tech Design.
• Coordinate execution of threat modelling process with assistance of Security Architect to ensure implementation of safeguards is comprehensive in accordance with threats.

Testing & Scope Management

• Clarify test finding escalated by Test Manager and classify the findings accordingly (either as a defect or change request).
• Provide input to impact assessment and estimation for Project Change Request.
• Work with Test Manager to review test plan and functional test scope.

As a Network Implementation Consultant (L4), you’ll deliver end-to-end network infrastructure projects across enterprise environments—from design input to deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to implement complex networking solutions across LAN, WAN, and data centre environments.
This is a 12-month contract role (renewable), supporting large-scale client deployments.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Deliver end-to-end implementation of enterprise network solutions (LAN, WAN, data centre, SDN)
• Configure and deploy routing, switching, and network security technologies
• Support solution design, technical specifications, and alternative architecture planning
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and manage escalations with vendors
• Work closely with clients onsite and remotely to meet technical requirements

Position Overview 

The System & Configuration Manager leads systems engineering and configuration management practices for complex defence product development at EOS Innovation Singapore. The role ensures consistent, high‑quality outcomes across the product lifecycle by establishing clear engineering frameworks, documentation standards, and traceable requirements. 

Primary Duties 

This role requires broad technical understanding and sound judgement grounded in systems engineering principles. The System & Configuration Manager assesses project needs, defines and implements effective solutions, and acts as the primary engineering point of contact for assigned projects, supporting cross‑disciplinary collaboration and successful delivery. 

Responsibilities 

• Lead project systems and configuration management activities 

• Maintain accurate, approved engineering documentation 

• Define and manage system and sub‑system development with subject matter experts 

• Implement and control engineering change management 

• Apply relevant national and international standards 

• Engage internal and external stakeholders to define and communicate requirements and expectations 

• Support subcontractor management to ensure design quality

Education and Experience
