About theRole

You will beresponsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of 4G/5G corenetwork systems, ensuring high service availability and performance, includingsupport for international roaming services.

KeyResponsibilities

• Manage and support 4G/5G Mobile Core nodes (e.g., IMS, HSS, UDM, SBC, MSS, etc.) to ensure smooth network operations
• Perform system maintenance, including patching, upgrades, and performance optimisation
• Monitor network performance, KPIs, and alarms to maintain service quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-to-end network issues across core systems
• Collaborate with local providers and international roaming partners for testing and service assurance
• Implement security hardening and vulnerability management to mitigate risks

Requirements

• Degree in Electronics, Communications, Networking, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Telco industry

• Hands-on experience in network troubleshooting (end-to-end)
