Technical Investigation & Incident Resolution

Qualifications

Required

1. 5+ years of experience in Customer Engineering, Technical Account Management, Production Support, or similar client-facing technical roles within fintech or B2B SaaS environments.

We are looking for an open-minded, proactive, resourceful and dynamic individual, to join as a Virtual Production Camera Technician

Job Description:

• Set up, configure, operate, and perform preventive maintenance on all studio and virtual production equipment, including cameras, LED/VP processing units, tracking systems, video routers, and AV infrastructure, ensuring every system is production-ready and functioning reliably.

• Troubleshoot camera and imaging equipment and provide clear technical reports to the Studio Manager and manufacturers to support timely issue resolution and minimise downtime.

• Maintain system performance by updating firmware and software across all devices and ensuring compatibility with real-time production workflows.

• Ensure that all technical equipment meets operational and safety standards, with minimal disruption to studio activities and production schedules.

• Read, interpret, and design camera and signal-flow diagrams, supporting clear and efficient routing for both physical and virtual production environments.

• Manage and route video signals, including split camera feeds, genlock, timecode, and data lines, ensuring synchronised and stable connections during shoots.

• Apply strong knowledge of professional video standards, including HD-SDI, DisplayPort, HDMI, RAW workflows, colour metadata, and data-wrangling practices used in virtual production and broadcast pipelines.

• Maintain and support Virtual Production systems, including tracking objects, markers, cabling, power management, and full AV signal flow across the LED volume.

• Assist the camera crew with calibration workflows, including lens calibration, spatial calibration, and mounting of virtual production tracking hardware on set.

• Troubleshoot video feeds, tracking stability, and calibration issues in collaboration with the Virtual Production team to maintain accurate real-time rendering and scene playback.

• Communicate changeover updates, camera configuration changes, and system status to the Virtual Production team to ensure smooth transitions and operational clarity.

• Continuously develop skills and stay updated on new technologies, maintaining a forward-thinking and adaptable approach to evolving industry tools and workflows.

• Proficient in video editing, supporting quick reviews, technical tests, and content preparation when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clear consultation and coaching to customers and partners about product features and solutions
• Handle all parts of project implementation, including customizing solutions to meet client needs and supporting products after they go live
• Respond to client issues and questions, use problem-solving skills, and follow up until the issue is fully resolved—support may be needed at different hours
• Work together with teams such as Pre-Sales, Product Engineering, and Quality Assurance

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in software application development, implementation, and support
• Familiar with programming languages (e.g. Java, HTML, JavaScript, SQL
• Understanding of APIs, web services, and basic operating systems (Unix, Windows)
• Experience with servers and databases is a plus
• Knowledge of .NET/C#, web/mobile frameworks, cloud platforms, or hold relevant IT certifications
• Good communication, client management, and teamwork abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills, proactive, and adaptable
• Willingness to travel overseas for projects is a plus

Requirement

• Min Nitec in Engineering and relevant
• Min 1 year of working experience in tooling and vehicle maintenance with experience in inventory system and Microsoft Office suite
• Class 3 driving license required

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support daily cybersecurity operations, including administration, optimization, and troubleshooting of security technologies (e.g., firewalls, EPP, EDR, NDR, VMDR, SIEM, SWG, VPN, etc.).
• Monitor, analyse and respond to security alerts and incidents, performing detailed investigations and ensuring proper containment, eradication, and recovery.
• Lead technical execution of cybersecurity projects, contributing to solution design, implementation planning and full operational deployment.
• Provide security expertise and technical input to IT infrastructure and application teams to ensure secure configuration and deployment of systems and services.
• Participate actively in the Information Security Incident Response process, including playbook refinement, incident handling, and post‑incident reviews.
• Stay current with relevant cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as CIS Controls, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 27001, PDPA, and industry best practices, applying them to enhance the organisation’s security posture.
• Implement, review, and enhance cloud security controls across cloud environments, providing secure‑by‑design guidance and integrating cloud telemetry into security monitoring platforms to strengthen visibility, threat detection, and response capabilities.

Job Requirements

• Degree or diploma in an IT related field, such as Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity operations, security monitoring or security engineering roles.
• Candidates with professional certifications in cybersecurity or cloud security such as Security+, CEH, CISSP, CCSP, AWS Security Specialty or AZ‑500 are considered an advantage but are not mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in information security operations.
• Experience working in an IT integrator or vendor environment is an advantage.
• Background in compliance, governance, or audit functions is an added advantage.
