The Global KYC Transformation Program Manager is responsible for driving the standardization and optimization of our KYC processes for APAC. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily data centre operations to ensure continuous uptime, reliability, and service availability.
• Develop, implement, and enforce operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead incident management processes, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Manage and monitor critical systems such as UPS, generators, cooling systems, BMS, etc.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in data centre operations, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure management, including electrical, mechanical, and IT systems.
• Experience in data centre design, implementation, and operations management.
• Familiar with servers, racks, cooling systems, power systems, and storage infrastructure.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 27001 and related compliance requirements.

About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of AS/RS & Automation Systems or Senior Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of advanced intralogistics solutions. This role focuses on large-scale Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (AS/RS), high-density storage, and structural racking systems, ensuring seamless integration of mechanical, structural, and control systems across distribution and manufacturing operations. You will drive project execution from design through commissioning, ensuring engineering excellence, operational efficiency, and delivery on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of AS/RS and warehouse automation projects from end-to-end delivery
• Oversee structural racking design, installation, and integration with automation systems
• Manage project planning, scheduling, critical path tracking, and milestone delivery
• Ensure engineering compliance with high-precision tolerances and system specifications
• Conduct technical reviews of mechanical, electrical, and structural integration works
• Enforce safety standards, risk assessments, and high-level installation protocols
• Manage project budgets, cost control, procurement, and overall P&L performance
• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations (BCA, SCDF, SS/EN standards, workplace safety)

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in multi-disciplinary system integration (mechanical, electrical, controls, ACMV)

Position Overview

The Senior Procurement Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all procurement functions of the hotel, including project procurement (CAPEX), contract management, and daily operational procurement. The role ensures cost effectiveness, contract compliance, sustainability alignment, and uninterrupted supply to support the hotel's operational excellence and luxury service standards.

The Role

Project Procurement (CAPEX & Special Projects)

• Lead procurement activities for all CAPEX and project-related works in accordance with company policies and approval matrices
• Manage end-to-end tender processes, including preparation, issuance, clarification, evaluation, and recommendation
• Conduct detailed commercial comparisons and cost-benefit analyses
• Lead negotiations to secure optimal commercial, technical, and contractual terms
• Prepare and issue Letters of Intent (LOI) and Awards of Contract upon approval
• Collaborate closely with user departments, consultants, and project teams to ensure timely delivery and budget control

Contract Management & Vendor Sourcing

• Ensure all departmental contracts are valid, current, and renewed in a timely manner with zero contract lapses
• Review existing contracts regularly to ensure commercial competitiveness and operational relevance
• Source, pre-qualify, and evaluate new vendors when required
• Coordinate with user departments to define scopes of work and invite tenders from a minimum of three (3) qualified vendors

Oversight of Daily Procurement Operations
