o Hands on experience with REST APIs, web services, event handlers, validation

plugins and scheduled tasks.

o Hands on experience with Oracle BI Publisher based audit reports.

o Hands on experience in building custom Oracle SOA composites for workflows.

o Ability to reuse existing code and extend frameworks.

Collaborate with application owners, business stakeholders, and IT teams to gather

requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful onboarding and adoption of

identity governance processes.

Lead stakeholder workshops and status meetings, providing clear communication on

project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Develop and maintain detailed documentation for onboarding processes, customizations,

and operational procedures.

Advise on best practices for OIG upgrades, patching, and understanding of other IAM

technologies (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft Entra, etc.) as needed.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;

8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Governance (OIG v11+), including

application onboarding, upgrades, and IGA use case implementation;

Proven experience delivering complex OIG integrations across diverse enterprise

applications and environments; Strong programming and scripting skills for OIG customization using Java, Groovy, and related technologies;

Solid understanding of identity governance frameworks, access management processes, and

enterprise IAM best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Experience managing stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to business leaders;

 Excellent communication, documentation, and project management skills;

 Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle, CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
