Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze training needs based on the company’s strategic direction, business objectives, and employees’ performance reviews.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management or equivalent.
• Preferably Junior Executive with at least 1 years related working experience in manufacturing environment.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Able to work with minimum supervision and good interpersonal skills.
• Able to perform multi-tasking job and meet tight work deadline.
