Job Description:
- Manage inbound and outbound inventory, including receipt of supplier invoices, monitoring stock levels and expiry dates for replenishment, exchanges, and adjustments
- Conduct monthly cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain and utilize inventory management systems and databases
- Coordinate local and international procurement of therapeutic products, medical devices, and consumables
- Follow up on quotation requests from local and overseas customers
- Prepare and process quotations by liaising with suppliers, compiling pricing and markup details, and submitting finalized quotations to customers
- Process customer orders, including preparation of purchase orders to suppliers, invoices, and delivery documentation, as well as packing of orders
- Arrange shipments and coordinate delivery schedules among internal teams, suppliers, and customers
- Procurement of therapeutic products, medical devices, and consumables
- Order Fulfillment and Documentation (purchase orders, invoices, delivery orders)
- Quotation Preparation and Processing
Requirements:
- Possess Certified Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPTC) or Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
