Key Responsibilities:

Finance Operations (AP/AR)

• Process finance transactions including invoice data entry, DC receipts posting, and vendor creation in the finance system

Qualifications & Experience

As we expand, we are looking for a Finance Executive to support our finance operations with precision and efficiency.

You will be responsible for:

• Accounts Payable & ReceivableProcess invoices, payments, and staff claims accurately and on time.Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.Verify transactions and ensure proper documentation for all financial records.
• Financial AdministrationAssist in monthly closing activities, including reconciliation of accounts and preparing financial reports.Maintain organized records of financial documents for compliance and audits.Support the finance team in expense tracking, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Payroll & ComplianceAssist with payroll processing, including verifying timesheets and allowances.Ensure compliance with tax, GST, and regulatory filings.Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and banks when needed.

We would want to speak with you if you are / have –

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 1-3 years of experience in finance or administrative roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to serve as Senior Director, Talent Development and Corporate Affairs. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role oversees the organisation's people strategy, organisational development, corporate governance, internal operations, and corporate affairs functions.

As a member of the senior leadership team, the Senior Director will partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to strengthen organisational effectiveness, build leadership and talent capabilities, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure that corporate systems, policies, and governance frameworks support Majurity's mission and growth ambitions.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior Director will lead Majurity's Talent Development and Corporate Affairs portfolio, encompassing:

1 Credit policy & framework, including formulation and maintenance of credit

policies and procedures, monitoring the compliance of credit policies.

2 Portfolio monitoring & reporting, including preparation of regular portfolio

reports for senior management, risk committees, regulators and Head

Office; identification of emerging risks, concentration trends, and early

warning signals etc.

3 Credit stress testing, including development and maintenance of stress

4 ECL modelling & provisioning, including support the ongoing
