Responsible for in-depth research and analysis to support our real estate investment and portfolio strategies. You'll be a core member of the team, working closely with investment and portfolio managers and across departments to identify and evaluate opportunities, monitor market trends, and ensure accurate and timely portfolio reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Experience with real estate investment and asset management software is a plus.

This role is a senior level position in the Custody business reporting to Core Product Head/Global Custody and will be responsible for managing overall core product offering. The role will entail setting and execution of strategy, budgetary management, global oversight of Custody Product Program, Product enhancements and Pricing management etc.

What you’ll do

Own and execute the go-forward vision and strategy for Global Custody (both traditional and new asset classes) working closely with key global stakeholders. Key focus areas include processing risk reduction, improving the client experience, driving efficiency gains including via adoption and leveraging Artificial Intelligence models and commercial growth.

• Establish an optimized Global Custody Operating Model across various hubs, partnering with various stakeholders including operations and technology to deliver a globally consistent service delivery and best-in-class cutoffs across markets – with a particular focus on global clients.

• Manage strategic program roadmap, development, launch, and marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product

• Lead innovation (including in the space of Digital Assets and leveraging cutting edge technology like AI) by working with external partners/alliances to develop products, manage ongoing relationships, exercise control over resources, policy formation, and planning, and prepare agreements

• Drive Commercialization to deliver financial results and build shareholder value

• Supervise day-to-day product management for core products in Global Custody such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results

• Drive client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve status as a partner to Citi clients - seeking to capitalize on the existing strengths of our custody business and proprietary branch network.

What we’ll need from you

• Experience of working in a Global Custody role within a regulated Financial Services company, ideally in Investor Services domain. Some expertise in Credit Risk and liquidity usage would be helpful but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Assistance:

• Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers with their general inquiries regarding banking services, products, and digital platforms.
• Guide customers through self-service options available on digital channels (e.g., mobile banking app, online banking portal, ATMs).
• Troubleshoot common digital banking issues and provide immediate solutions or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

Digital Adoption and Education:

• Proactively engage with customers to understand their banking needs and identify opportunities for digital adoption.
• Educate customers on the benefits and functionalities of the bank's digital platforms, including online banking, mobile banking, and cashless payment solutions. Assist customers with the setup and initial usage of digital banking services, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Encourage and guide customers to adopt cashless payment methods where suitable, explaining the convenience and security benefits
