Our client is a global food manufacturing MNC in the agrifood industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Finance Assistant Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central West area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily finance operations, including payables, receivables, billing functions, reconciliations, and financial closing activities.
• Monitor financial transactions, cash flow activities, and payment processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper governance controls.
• Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including preparation of supporting schedules and reports.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Accountancy, Finance studies or equivalent.
• Min 5-6 years of relevant experience in finance operations and process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of full set accounting, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Familiarity with enterprise financial consolidation tools (Hyperion/Infor M3 or similar tools) used for group-level reporting and analysis.
• Experience in process improvement, workflow enhancement, or system improvement initiatives will be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems; experience with reporting tools is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
