Responsibilities:

Manage in‑flow and out‑flow of cash for events.

Maintain accurate financial records and transaction documentation.

Assist with invoicing, payments, and reconciliations related to events.

Monitor budgets and expenses, flagging discrepancies.

Prepare financial reports for each event/project.

Support the events team with financial compliance and audits.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of finance experience (preferably in events/project-based work).

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities:

· Support sales team with timely and accurate quotation preparation

· Prepare and dispatch Quotation Highlights and monthly reports promptly

· Generate policy illustrations using insurers’ proprietary software

· Respond to enquiries from both internal and external stakeholders

· Provide timely support to consultants and bankers, including preparing and couriering client proposals for meetings

· Data entry into the system accurately

· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

· Minimum Diploma in a related discipline

· 1 year of relevant experience would be an added advantage

· Able to start immediately or within short notice
