Reporting Structure

The Project Engineer will report to the Lead Engineer with a dotted line to the Project Manager.

As a Project Engineer, you will have strong skills in work-plan development and progress tracking. The Project Engineer will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. Skills and Qualifications Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Bio-Tech / Mechanical engineering from an accredited university or college.
• 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer with excellent project management and supervision skills.

Mengenai Peranan

Kami sedang mencari Jurutera Projek untuk menyertai pasukan projek kami bagi projek bangunan dan infrastruktur utama yang terletak di Pulau Pinang.

Ini adalah jawatan berasaskan tapak. Anda akan memainkan peranan penting dalam menyelaras aktiviti pembinaan dan membantu dalam kejayaan penyampaian projek mengikut lukisan yang diluluskan, program pembinaan, keperluan kualiti dan keperluan keselamatan.

Peranan ini memerlukan penyelarasan yang rapat dengan pasukan pengurusan, perunding dan subkontraktor.

Keperluan

• Ijazah atau diploma dalam Kejuruteraan Awam, Pembinaan Bangunan, Seni Bina, Kejuruteraan Mekanikal & Elektrik atau disiplin pembinaan/kejuruteraan lain yang berkaitan.

• Minimum 2 tahun pengalaman kerja dalam pembinaan bangunan, kerja-kerja infrastruktur, kerja-kerja M&E, penyelarasan tapak atau kejuruteraan projek.

• Pengalaman dalam penyelarasan tapak, pengurusan subkontraktor, penyelarasan perunding, penyelarasan lukisan atau susulan kemajuan pembinaan.

• Pengalaman dalam menyemak lukisan pembinaan / lukisan bengkel, menyelaras kerja tapak, menyediakan atau membantu dalam penyataan kaedah, dan mengatur pemeriksaan tapak akan menjadi satu kelebihan.

• Biasa dengan proses pembinaan, kaedah pembinaan, bahan binaan, keperluan kualiti tapak dan keperluan pengurusan keselamatan.

• Calon yang mempunyai pengalaman dalam penyelarasan seni bina, struktur dan M&E akan diutamakan.

• Mampu bekerja secara bebas di tapak dan menyelaras secara berkesan dengan pihak pengurusan, perunding, subkontraktor dan pihak berkepentingan projek yang lain.

• Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik, rasa tanggungjawab yang tinggi, dan kebolehan menyelesaikan masalah tapak.

• Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggeris asas, menyediakan laporan dan mengendalikan dokumen projek.

• Mahir dalam AutoCAD dan Microsoft Office. Kemahiran dengan MS Project atau perisian kejuruteraan/pengurusan projek lain yang berkaitan akan menjadi satu kelebihan.

• Mampu bertugas sepenuh masa di tapak projek di Pulau Pinang dan menghadiri pemeriksaan tapak, mesyuarat penyelarasan dan aktiviti pengurusan pembinaan lain seperti yang dikehendaki oleh projek.
