Responsibilities:
· Solution pre-sales: Provide technical design and solution consultancy to customers. Prepare quotations, Bill of Materials (BOM), and technical proposals based on tender or customer requirements. Deliver technical presentations to customers and partners.
· Project management: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (account/channel/service managers) to identify, develop, and close business opportunities.
· Customer Relationship Management: Manage ongoing pre-sales processes, build strong relationships with customer technical teams, and proactively address customer needs with solution-oriented approaches.
· Partner development: Collaborate with and enable partners to expand enterprise market presence.
· Solution Design & Presentation: Act as a key technical speaker and solution designer, engaging with customer CTOs and technical stakeholders to drive new opportunities.
· To collaborate and communicate directly with Chinese speaking officers, stakeholders, counterparts, and customers in China HQ team
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer, Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic) ora related field.
· At least 8 years of relevant experience in ICT and data center networking.
· Proven experience working with enterprise customers; exposure to multi-country or regional projects is an advantage.
· Strong technical expertise in Datacom and network solutions (e.g., enterprise routers, switches, firewalls).
· Datacom background with HCSE for Data Center Network or an equivalent certification is required.
· Experience in at least one industry vertical (e.g., financial services) is required.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions and influence customer decisions.
· Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China
