Responsibilities

Equipment Automation Development

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Equipment Automation Programs (EAP) for assembly and test manufacturing equipment.
• Implement equipment integration using industry-standard protocols such as SECS/GEM.
• Support equipment recipe download/upload, remote control, and process parameter management.

Factory Integration

• Integrate new production equipment into the factory automation ecosystem.
• Collaborate with equipment vendors to develop and validate automation requirements.
• Perform equipment buyoff, qualification, and factory acceptance testing.
• Ensure seamless data exchange between equipment and manufacturing systems.

Production Support

• Provide 24/7 support (on-call when required) for equipment automation issues impacting production.
• Troubleshoot communication failures between equipment and host systems.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Monitor EAP system health and equipment connectivity status.

System Enhancement

• Develop automation features to improve productivity, OEE, traceability, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Implement smart factory initiatives including Automated lot dispatching and Real-time equipment monitoring.
• Predictive maintenance data collection.

Industry 4.0 initiatives

• Support digitalization and manufacturing analytics projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering.
• 2 to 8 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, factory automation, or industrial automation.
• Experience in OSAT, wafer fabrication, electronics manufacturing, or high-volume manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of equipment automation protocols such as Secs/Gem, Semi E84.
• Experience in programming languages such as C#, python, etc.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability of servers, network and security systems, as well as cloud services.
• Design, implement, and maintain the IT infrastructure of the organization.
• Maintain Windows servers, virtualization platforms, and storage solutions.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery with backups and replication.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply patches and updates.
• Implement network design, configure, and maintain LAN, WLAN, and VPN infrastructure, managing firewalls, switches, and routers.
• Implement and monitor network security policies, intrusion detection, and access control.
• Optimize network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure redundancy.
• Implement cybersecurity best practices, monitor threats, and manage endpoint protection and vulnerability assessments.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct security audits and enforce policies on user access, encryption, and authentication.
• Create and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the management

Requirement

• Min Degree in Information Technology or relevant
• Min 5 years of experience in providing Network, System and Cybersecurity operational support.
• Experience with servers, network and security devices, firewall, switches, routers, load balancers and wireless solutions.
• Certifications in CCNA/ CCNP/ CCIE/ Microsoft certified Azure Solutions Architect and/or Windows Server Administrator, CISSP, CISM and CompTIA Security will be required
