Job Summary:

The QAQC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all construction works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards. The role involves conducting inspections, maintaining quality documentation, and coordinating with site teams to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance & Control

• Implement and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) on site
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings specifications, and codes
• Prepare and review Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and method statements
• Conduct material and workmanship inspections

Site Inspection & Monitoring

• Perform daily site inspections and ensure quality standards are met
• Coordinate inspections with consultants clients, and subcontractors
• Ensure proper testing and inspection records are maintained

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain QAQC documentation such as inspection reports, test reports and material approvals
• Prepare quality reports and submit to management
• Ensure all records are properly filed for audit purposes

Coordination & Compliance

• Liaise with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
• Support internal and external quality audits

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in QAQC
• Knowledge of construction standards, drawings, and specifications
• Familiar with QAQC procedures
• Good communication and coordination skills

Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with statutory requirements. The role supports the finance function through proper bookkeeping, reconciliations, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
     
Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Finance Operations

• Handle full or partial sets of accounts including AP, AR, and GL
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
• Process supplier payments and customer collections
• Perform bank reconciliations and monthly closing activities

2. Payroll & Statutory Matters (if applicable)

• Assist with payroll processing
• Prepare and submit CPF, SDL, and other statutory contributions
• Support tax matters including GST, IRAS submissions, and audit schedules

3. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts
• Maintain proper filing of accounting records and supporting documents
• Assist in audit preparations and liaise with auditors

4. Administrative & Support Duties

• Monitor expenses and ensure proper cost allocation
• Support budgeting and cost control exercises
• Handle ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and statutory requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience in payroll and GST reporting
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
