Salary: SGD 2,200 – 3,600 basic (commensurate with experience) + sign-on bonus (up to 2 months) + Variable Bonus + Other incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests with professionalism and warmth
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow
• Take orders accurately and ensure timely food & beverage service

What We Offer

As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will provide the desktop support for the first contact point for customers, you will be responsible to provide prompt assistance to customers, addressing a range of IT topics and issues. Besides, you will ensure that software, licenses and operations comply with standards and timely manner.

The broad area of your job responsibilities will cover thefollowing:

• Perform Desktop Support services to users which includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests and escalating incidents when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction and SLA expectations.

Ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Min. ITE/Diploma graduate with 1 year experience in desktop support
• Min. 1 year experience in Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365
• Possess at least one (1) of the following certifications or their equivalent: CompTIAA+;
• CompTIA Security+;
• CompTIA Network+;
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Client; and
• Microsoft Certified: Managing Modern Desktops.
• Previous IT helpdesk and/or call centre support experience, including providing remote support via the telephone or using remote tool will be added advantages
• Demonstrate knowledge in the support of workstations, and related components
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good coordination skills
• Ability to prioritize effectively and work with a sense of urgency
• Effectively communicates with teammates and manager

• Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment, systems, and software
• Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.

Requirement:

• Lead the Conversation with client, to understand the issue(s) face by the client and resolve the issue(s).
• Taking ownership and accountability of the issue list.
• Work / troubleshoot with vendors, principals, and colleagues on resolving the issue.
• Good troubleshooting and logical skill.
• Good documentation skills.
• Experience in raising and closure of ITSM.
• ITIL knowledge and experience is preferred.
• Understand Phones systems and Contact Center terminology is required.
• Team player, but also able to work independently when required.
• Interested to learn and pickup new skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco Voice and Cisco Telepresence technologies and H323, SIP, MGCP, Q931 signalling protocols.
• Strong Knowledge of voice recording (NICE/ Verint), Contact Center, network routing &switching technologies, and protocols.
• Willing to work in extended hours and on duty.
• Analytical and possess good troubleshooting skills.
• Willing to work hard and eager to learn about new technologies.
• Polite and able to communicate well to the clients, client oriented.
