Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule the delivery and urgent transfer of medical machines in collaboration with engineers and sales teams to meet operational timelines.
• Support ad-hoc deliveries of machines, parts, and accessories in response to business requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of machine movements to ensure proper tracking and accountability.
• Perform basic housekeeping and upkeep of machines to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and readiness for deployment.
• Unpack, inspect, set up, and conduct installation testing of newly received machines and accessories, including system configuration and documentation.
• Assist in system setup and configuration within the office to ensure operational readiness.
• Carry out basic repair works and troubleshoot installation issues to minimize operational disruptions.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and provide on-site technical support and maintenance to ensure timely resolution.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Diploma or NITEC in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License (mandatory) to operate company vehicles for delivery and transfer activities.
• Relevant experience in machine delivery, installation, and maintenance servicing.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to follow through on issues to resolution.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate manufacturing equipment to meet production schedule and output targets
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimise downtime and meet quality standards
• Perform daily and monthly preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability
• Support workplace safety practices and participate in quality improvement projects
• Maintain basic records for maintenance activities and equipment performance

Requirements
• Minimum NITEC in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related)

• Comfortable with 12-hour shift work and willing to work overtime when required
• Able to lift and carry 10–15kg
• Willing to work in a controlled manufacturing environment

Shift Pattern
• 12-hour shift, 4-3-3-4 work/rest cycle
Week 1: Work 4 days, rest 3 days
Week 2: Work 3 days, rest 4 days
Repeat cycle
• Assigned shift: Sunday Night Shift, 7:45pm to 7:55am

Salary & Allowances
• Basic Salary: Up to $2,100 per month
• Night Shift Allowance: $400++ per month
