• Develop, review, and maintain operational procedures, technical documentation, user guides, and disaster recovery plans.
• Serve as the administrator for WeCom (Corporate Communication Platforms) & others

Stakeholder Management & Reporting

• Work closely with HR, Finance, Operations, and business departments to understand IT requirements and deliver suitable technology solutions.

• Any ad-hoc duties required as assigned by the manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 5+ (L1/L2 support), fostering a high-performance culture
• Oversee daily IT operations, maintenance, and compliance with security standards
• Manage maintenance schedules, change requests, incidents, and service requests
• Track IT assets and maintain accurate documentation for audits and reporting
• Manage vendors and subcontractors, ensuring performance meets contractual obligations
• Monitor SLAs and implement service improvements
• Manage budgets and control operational costs
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely issue resolution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
• 3–4 years of experience in IT Operations & Maintenance
• Strong knowledge of IT service management and ITIL practices
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities

1.Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email. Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded in a timely manner.

2.Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups as per work instructions.

3.Furnish and submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within targeted Service Level

4.Maintain ownership of cases and follow-up on reported issues until closure and gather accurate and complete relevant information is recorded.

5.Manage customer expectations and notify Team Lead in the event of unusual surge in calls of a specific nature.

6.Handle initial classification/ prioritization of the incidents. Track the progress of resolution and provide regular updates for follow-up actions and incident status.
