Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain IoT
devices (e.g., printers, multifunction printers, smart board, digital
signage).
- Manage device onboarding,
provisioning, firmware updates, and decommissioning.
- Work with vendor and internal teams
to configure network printing, printer drivers, and print queues.
- Maintain asset inventory and
documentation for all IoT devices.
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support
for IoT-related issues for Workplace Technologies - EUS
- Diagnose hardware, connectivity and
application-level problems.
- Diagnose and resolve printer
hardware issues (jam, fuser, roller, feeder, toner system, etc.).
- Handle software-related printer
issues including driver conflicts, print spooler errors, and
connectivity problems.

Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex
device issues.
Skills/Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Information
Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with IoT device
deployment, endpoint management, or field engineering.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in
hardware, networking, and platform integration.
- Experience with device management
platforms (e.g., Azure IoT Hub, Intune, Meraki, Aruba).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best
practices for IoT devices.
- Proven experience as a Printer
Technician / Printer Specialist / IT Support Technician.
- Strong hands-on expertise with
printer hardware (laser, inkjet, MFDs).
- Familiarity with printer management
tools (e.g., PaperCut, UniFLOW).
- Knowledge of Windows print server,
printer drivers, and network protocols (TCP/IP).

Ability to document processes and communicate clearly
with non‑technical users.
