Customer Service Officer (CSO)
Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, service-oriented, and responsible Customer Service
Officer to support the daily operations of the clubhouse and event venue. The role
involves front desk duties, member engagement, facility coordination, and event
support in a welcoming and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist members, guests, and visitors in a courteous and professional
manner
• Handle front desk enquiries, phone calls, bookings, and general daily
communications
• Support clubhouse and venue operations, including scheduling, event
coordination, registration, and basic setup
• Assist with venue setup, teardown, and movement of furniture or equipment
when required
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for operational needs
• Maintain cleanliness, pantry supplies, and overall tidiness of reception and
common areas
• Perform opening and closing duties, including securing the premises
• Support simple administrative tasks, inventory checks, welcome packs, and ad-
hoc duties assigned by supervisor or management
Requirements
• Prior experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, or front-of-house
roles is preferred
• Friendly personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Service-oriented, organised, and attentive to details
• Able to multitask and work independently
• Team player with a professional attitude• Comfortable working in a friendly and dynamic environment
• Physically fit and willing to assist with moving furniture for events
• Willing to work PM shift, full shift, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and
public holidays depending on roster and operational needs
