Responsibilities

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and at least 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, building and operating complex IT environments.

• Deep knowledge and experience deploying/configuring and maintaining: Active Directory, Group Policy, WSUS, MECM, Windows Desktop deployments and application installations.

• Experience with system and service management in high security domains.
• Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or any other equivalent Cloud Certification
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential for internal collaboration and reporting.

Engine/Product Production Support Repair

1) Tool Support (Primary Function)

• Design and develop repair fixtures/jigs/tools to support operational requirements, ensuring compliances with safety standards, dimensional tolerances and quality specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors/suppliers and end-users for fabrication and procurement of tools/equipment/consumables
• Perform tooling/consumable equivalency reviews

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Skills you will need to be successful

Skills that will differentiate your candidacy

We are seeking a highly motivated Full-Stack Engineer with strong experience in backend development, cloud infrastructure, and hands-on integration of Generative AI technologies. Responsibilities

As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for integrating Generative AI into enterprise applications, helping to design AI-powered workflows, and enabling intelligent knowledge retrieval systems. You will work closely with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to bring AI-driven solutions into production and ensure they deliver real business value.

You will contribute to the development of scalable backend services, ensuring that applications are secure, efficient, and maintainable. On the frontend, you will help create user-friendly interfaces that deliver a seamless experience, working closely with designers and product teams to translate requirements into polished solutions.

Beyond application development, you will take ownership of cloud deployment and infrastructure. This will include defining infrastructure-as-code, setting up automation pipelines, and ensuring that solutions are built to be robust, compliant, and scalable. You will help embed DevOps best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s engineering processes.

Required Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies such as LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar).
• Familiarity with orchestration tools, such as LangChain or LlamaIndex, is important, along with experience in designing conversational agents or AI-augmented workflows.
• Strong proficiency in Python is required, particularly in building production-grade APIs and services using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• You should also bring a solid understanding of system architecture and design patterns.
• You will also need strong frontend development skills with TypeScript and Next.js, as well as the ability to build clean, reusable components using ShadCN/UI and Tailwind CSS.
• On the infrastructure side, proficiency with Terraform is essential, alongside experience working with cloud environments such as Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
• A good understanding of networking, security, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or equivalent), and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS) will be important in enabling smooth deployments and scalable solutions.

Preferred Skills

Experience with authentication and identity management tools, such as Auth0 or Azure AD, will be an advantage. Additionally, exposure to multi-agent AI systems or advanced orchestration frameworks will be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Respond to and resolve IT service requests within established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop systems, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Windows support, technical helpdesk, or IT support environment.
• Hands-on experience with Service Desk and Technical Helpdesk operations.
• Working knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, ADSL, and VPN technologies.
• Experience administering and supporting Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and end-user support.
