Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and committed Property Officer / Property Executive to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of a shopping complex. This role involves ensuring that all building systems are running efficiently, tenants' needs are addressed promptly, and the property is maintained to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular site inspections to identify defects, irregularities, or maintenance issues and report findings to the Complex Manager.
