Construction Site Supervisor

To plan, supervise, and coordinate daily site activities for HIP upgrading works, ensuring:

• Works are completed on time, safely, and within quality standards
• Minimal disruption to residents living in the flats
• Full compliance with HDB, BCA, and safety regulations

A. Site Operations & Coordination

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities (e.g. bathroom upgrading, piping, tiling, spalling repairs)
