About the Role

We are partnering with a leading global financial institution to hire an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced Commodities Trading & Sales team.

This role sits within a dynamic front office environment and requires a highly organised and proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities effectively. You will work alongside an existing administrator to provide seamless support to a team of 10+ stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to a front office team
• Manage complex and frequently changing calendars across multiple stakeholders
• Coordinate meetings, calls, and internal/external engagements
• Handle high-volume expense submissions and claims processing with accuracy and timeliness
• Arrange travel bookings, itineraries, and logistics
• Support day-to-day operational and administrative requirements
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of activities

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders (8 or more)
• Strong experience in calendar management and expense processing
• Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Manage front desk operations, including handling incoming calls and attending to walk-in enquiries
• Provide course information and respond to general enquiries from prospective students

• API Support: Assist in developing and maintaining clean API documentation according to business goals.
• Deployment: Support smooth bi-weekly releases to production servers and assist in maintaining servers and databases.
• Technical Debt: Learn to identify and minimize technical debt in daily coding tasks.
• Collaboration: Participate in code reviews and pull requests to ensure high-quality standards.

* Check bill for reasonableness and correct errors discovered on the patient accounts.
* Monitor unbilled accounts, update records and databases.
* Correspond and liaise with patients, third party payers and external organisations.
* Assist in training new team members and maintain internal control.
