Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial accounting and reporting activities, including month-end and year-end closing
• Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and reports
• Develop and manage financial budgets and forecasts
• Perform financial analysis to identify trends and variances and provide recommendations to management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective financial planning and analysis
• Manage the company's financial risk and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial accounting and reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or CMA certification preferred
• Proven work experience as a Financial Controller or similar role
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities o Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that credit card postings and payments are reconciled

Upload Opera Cloud reports to Sun System daily.

Monitors issuance of Official Receipts and ensures that it is used in sequence and lost and void receipts are reported.

A major responsibility of this position will be to support purchasing and sales operations by managing orders, maintaining contact with suppliers and customers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Job Responsibilities:

Purchasing:

Assist in preparing, reviewing, and processing purchase orders based on requisitions.

Monitor the status of purchase orders, follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules, and update relevant stakeholders.

Assist in receiving deliveries and reconciling purchase orders with delivery receipts.

Assist in verifying and reconciling supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts.

Commercial:
