About the role

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize existing system architecture, coding standards, and technology platforms.
• Develop and present architectural and functional improvement proposals to enhance system performance and scalability.
• Partner with Product Owners, Sales, and Operations teams to identify requirements for system upgrades, fixes, and new functionality.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in C# (preferably with Unity experience), C++, and MS SQL.

About the role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one of our mobile app teams at Dyson. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a balance of technical excellence, team development, and stakeholder management.

You will be responsible for driving the delivery of high-quality mobile experiences while building and mentoring a high-performing engineering team. You are equally comfortable contributing to technical discussions, guiding architecture decisions, and working closely with cross-functional partners to deliver impact.
