Job description:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents
• Handle customer inquiries and provide basic product/service information
• Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and documentation
• Assist in processing orders, delivery arrangements, and service coordination
• Prepare monthly sales reports, tracking performance and key metrics
• Compile and organize data for management review and decision-making
• Perform general administrative duties (filing, data entry, document control)
• Manage emails, calls, and internal communication
• Support basic accounting or HR tasks when required

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Accounting or related field
• Familiar with quotation and invoicing processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (words, excel)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Responsible, organized, and able to multitask
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
