Responsibilities

 Coordinate with customers, oversea agents, vendors and internal branch offices.

 Coordinate shipment for air freight and sea freight and prepare documents.

 Prepare invoices/payable/payment to customer/carrier/supplier/agent

 Pleasant personality and attitudes are preferred.

 Have good experience –work independently, efficiently, hardworking.

Requirements

 Minimum SPM, Diploma or its equivalent

 Minimum 2 years related working experience

 Knowledge in handling air or sea shipments for import & export

 Able to work independently with minimum supervision

 Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of integrity and commitment.

 Good command of oral & written English and Bahasa Malays

 Computer literate
