Position Summary

• 在年度審計的準備和進行過程中，與審計人員保持溝通聯絡。
• 就公司秘書及合規事宜提供建議。
• 確保及時開立帳單並跟進未償債務。
• 能夠制定和實施公司秘書標準作業規程。
• 英語和馬來語流利，會國語優先考慮。
• 持有企業管理、秘書實務或相關領域的文憑/學位。
• 持有有效的公司秘書執照（MAICSA / MACS / MIA / LS）者優先考慮。
• 具備較強的組織、溝通及規劃能力，態度積極。
• 能夠同時處理多項任務，按時完成工作，並在壓力下表現出色。

你將要做什麼

• 獨立、專業、有效率地進行審計工作。
• 執行完整的審計程序，包括計劃、現場工作、最終定稿和報告。
• 進行審計現場工作，例如盤點觀察、文件審查和審計
• 查詢。
• 協助規劃和完成審計任務，重點在於關鍵審計問題和需要專業判斷的領域。
• 依MFRS/MPERS編製財務報表。
• 確保所有審計文件均已正確填寫並符合標準。

我們正在尋找什麼

• 會計專業證書/文憑/學位，ACCA，MIA，CPA 或其他同等資格。
• 高級職位要求至少3-4年審計或會計工作經驗。鼓勵應屆畢業生申請入門職位。
• 精通英語和馬來語。會說普通話者優先考慮。
• 精通 MBRS 和 AMC 審計軟體，提高審計準確性和效率。
• 態度積極，勤奮努力，自我激勵，能夠獨立工作。
• 時間管理能力強，能夠準時完成任務。
