This is a New Logo Acquisition focused role for a seasoned SaaS sales professional with a proven track record of acquiring and growing enterprise customers. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities while building trusted relationships with senior business and technology leaders.

The ideal candidate brings experience selling enterprise software solutions such as ITSM, Employee Experience, Workflow Automation, Infrastructure Operations, or Digital Transformation platforms into complex enterprise environments.

You will play a pivotal role in expanding Freshworks' enterprise footprint across ANZ and helping establish Freshworks as a strategic technology partner for leading organizations in the region.

What You Will Do

Drive Enterprise Growth

• Own a designated ANZ territory and consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Job description

TenderLink is recognised as the market leading provider of tender notification services and online tendering technology throughout Australasia. We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue through increased portal activity, ensuring our SAAS Customers use their portals to their full potential, thereby improving the service for TenderLink Subscribers and their access to current and relevant business opportunities. The aim is to achieve a 15% YOY increase in portal usage.

The key objectives for this role are to increase uptake and ongoing use of Experian TenderLink products and services in the market and thereby grow Experian TenderLink' s revenue through existing and new products as well as through cross selling and promoting Experian products that align with Experian TenderLink customers.

What You'll Be Working On:

• National customer management for independent grocery: own the customer plan, calendar, and pipeline across Metcash and key banner groups
• Annual & quarterly JBPs: targets, distribution, promotions, displays, and new product launches
• Promotional strategy & ROI: brief, negotiate, and review campaigns; optimize trade spend and mechanics
• Category development: planograms, shelf principles, merchandising standards, and path‑to‑purchase initiatives with the support of our category manager
• Forecasting: revenue and spend planning with Finance; manage risks and opportunities
• Field execution: partner with operations team to deliver flawless instore execution

• Deliver Gross sales, trade spend and market share targets for your national category portfolio

Who You Are:

Essential

The CRM Account Executive will oversee the market success of ServiceNow's CRM & Industry (CRM&I) Workflow products, inclusive of CRM&I multi-workflow solutions (as prescribed). You will play a leading role in engaging assigned accounts and be responsible for creating new business and pipelines across a substantial portion of the ServiceNow sales cycle and methodology. You will oversee executive relationship management for assigned accounts and lead and partner with virtual teams, including Core Field, Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support and Professional Services.

• Oversee worldwide development of assigned accounts, including the development and deployment of territory resources
