• Bachelor’s degree in quality assurance engineering, civil engineering, or a related field.

Mandatory Skill-set

Job Description:

• Assists in tender preparation, analysis and evaluation.
• Prepares tender bid for Management’s approval.
• Contract administration of secured projects.
• Responsible to prepare necessary documentations from shortlisting to award of subcontracts, process include evaluation, comparison and recommendation.
• Preparation and submission of progress claims to clients.
• Evaluate and prepare progress payments to subcontractors / suppliers / service providers.
• Liaison with client or consultant’s Quantity Surveyors.
