Tanggungjawab:

• Mengendalikan, menyelenggara dan menyelesaikan masalah sistem utiliti kilang, termasuk pengagihan kuasa elektrik, sistem udara termampat, sistem air sejuk dan penyejukan, HVAC, bekalan gas, sistem penggosok dan peralatan loji rawatan air sisa (WWTP).
• Lakukan persampelan air dan ujian makmal asas (cth., pH, COD, BOD, TSS), analisis keputusan dan laraskan dos kimia seperti yang diperlukan untuk memastikan pematuhan dengan piawaian.
• Memastikan bekalan utiliti yang stabil dan berterusan ke barisan pengeluaran dan peralatan kritikal.
• Pantau prestasi utiliti dan kenal pasti keabnormalan untuk mengelakkan masa henti pengeluaran.
• Menjalankan tugas-tugas penyelenggaraan am dan kerja-kerja tukang seperti yang diarahkan oleh penyelia.
• Melaksanakan aktiviti penyelenggaraan pencegahan (PM) untuk semua kemudahan dan peralatan utiliti.
• Melakukan penyelesaian masalah dan pembaikan pembetulan dengan gangguan minimum kepada pengeluaran.
• Mengenal pasti isu berulang dan menyokong analisis punca utama serta pelaksanaan tindakan pembetulan.
• Menyediakan sokongan teknikal di tapak semasa waktu pengeluaran.
• Bertindak segera terhadap sebarang isu berkaitan kemudahan yang menjejaskan pengeluaran.

Keperluan:

• Minimum Diploma atau Sijil dalam Kejuruteraan (Elektrik, Mekanikal, Mekatronik atau bidang berkaitan).
• Sekurang-kurangnya 1–3 tahun pengalaman bekerja dalam kemudahan kilang, utiliti atau persekitaran penyelenggaraan.
• Pengetahuan asas tentang sistem kemudahan seperti pengedaran elektrik, HVAC, udara termampat, air sejuk dan sistem rawatan air sisa.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot factory utility systems, including electrical power distribution, compressed air systems, chilled water and cooling systems, HVAC, gas supply, scrubber systems, and wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) equipment.
