Regional CRM Strategy Director (CRM & Hyper-personalization)

The Regional Strategy Director is the lead architect of the client’s transition from traditional lifecycle marketing to a Real-Time Hyper-personalization engine across the SEAO region. You are not just a consultant; you are a visionary-doer responsible for defining the end-to-end customer experience. You will bridge the gap between high-level business goals and technical execution, ensuring every touchpoint adds value to the consumer and the bottom line.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CRM Vision & Hyper-personalization Leadership

• Next-Gen Strategy: Define and lead the regional CRM vision, shifting from traditional lifecycle management to a Real-Time Hyper-personalization model.
• End-to-End Value: Translate CRM from simple email/push execution into comprehensive customer value management across acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value (LTV).
• Journey Orchestration: Design scalable regional frameworks and playbooks for acquisition, engagement, and loyalty, ensuring brand consistency and local agility across 8 markets.
• Technical Translator: Act as the strategic bridge between business needs and technical teams. You must define the logic for data platforms and campaign orchestration to deliver personalized campaigns.
• Experience with Adobe Experience: Adobe Campaign and RT-CDP is highly preferred.

2. Regional Partner & Strategic Ownership

Qualifications & Technical Requirements:

• 10+ Years Experience: Proven track record in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or MarTech-led transformation at a regional scale.

• Lead fundraising initiatives targeting insurance companies, pension funds, endowments, foundations, institutional family offices, reinsurers, and balance-sheet investors.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with CIOs, alternatives heads, investment committees, and key decision-makers to secure anchor investments and cornerstone commitments.
• Manage institutional due diligence, RFPs, and investment committee processes, coordinating internal teams to support investor inquiries and presentations.
• Collaborate with the CIO and investment team to structure institutional-grade fund vehicles and integrate investor feedback into fund design, terms, and positioning.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience in institutional fundraising, private credit, or alternative investments.
• Demonstrated success in securing capital from institutional and insurance investors.
• Strong understanding of private credit, secured lending, and credit risk.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and investment committees.

Investment Advisors (IA) are investment specialists within the front office team. The primary role of the IA is to formulate investment strategies and work with Relationship Managers in managing client portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium investment advisory to Private Banking clients and formulate investment strategies that align with client’s target strategic assets allocation to meet investment objectives and risk profile
• Communicate on house views to the respective marketing teams and work with product specialist for specific support and training
• Partner Relationship Managers on client meetings to articulate investment ideas, investment concepts, create investment proposals and conduct portfolio reviews
• Participate in product idea generation and solutions by:
