Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead and oversee large-scale façade, curtain wall, and steel/aluminium structure projects in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall project delivery, including planning, execution, resource management, stakeholder coordination, cost control, quality assurance, and safety compliance. This role requires strong technical expertise in façade engineering, proven leadership capabilities, and an established network of local industry resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple façade, curtain wall, and steel/aluminium structure projects from pre-construction through project completion.

• Develop project strategies, execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure successful project delivery.

• Coordinate closely with clients, architects, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to achieve project objectives.

• Oversee project teams to ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.

• Review engineering designs, technical submissions, shop drawings, and structural calculations to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Project Director, Senior Project Manager, or equivalent leadership role within the façade, curtain wall, steel structure, or building construction industry.

• Proven track record in delivering complex and large-scale curtain wall projects, including participation in at least two landmark or iconic building projects.

• Strong technical background in façade engineering with the ability to review structural calculations and engineering designs.

• In-depth knowledge of Singapore construction practices, building regulations, project management procedures, and safety requirements.

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with local stakeholders, regional teams, suppliers, and project partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of WSQ certification and/or Specialist Diploma in Construction Management or other relevant qualifications recognised by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA).

We are seeking a Product Director – Business Payments to own the product vision, strategy, and delivery for our global cross-border business payments offerings.

Managing the Owner Experience

• Creates an atmosphere in all Residential common areas that meets or exceeds owner’s expectations.
• Champions the brand’s service vision for product and service delivery and ensures alignment amongst the leadership teams.
• Verifies core elements of the service strategy are in place to produce the desired results.
• Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with direct reports and entire operations team. Ensures direct reports do the same for their team.
• Interfaces with customers (e.g., owners, vendors, guests), on a regular basis to obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels, and overall satisfaction.
• Handles owner’s complaints by following the instant pacification procedure and verifying guest satisfaction.

Managing and Conducting Human Resources Activities

• Facilitates the development of creative solutions to overcome obstacles and manages the implementation to continually improve guest satisfaction results.
• Verifies that employees are treated fairly and equitably.
• Verifies that regular, ongoing communication is happening in Operations (e.g., pre-shift briefings, staff meetings).
• Fosters associate commitment to providing excellent service, participates in daily stand-up meetings and models desired service behaviors in all interactions with owners, their guests, and employees.
• Incorporates owner satisfaction as a component of staff/operations meetings with an emphasis on generating innovative ways to continually improve results.
• Sets goals and expectations for direct reports using the performance review process and holds staff accountable for successful performance.
• Solicits employee feedback, utilizes an “open door policy” and reviews employee satisfaction results to identify and address employee problems or concerns.
• Verifies that property policies are administered fairly and consistently; disciplinary procedures and documentation are completed according to Standard and Local Operating Procedures (SOPs and LSOPs) and supports the Peer Review Process.
• Conducts annual performance appraisal with direct reports according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Champions change manages the implementation of brand and regional business initiatives and communicates follow-up actions to the team, as necessary.

Job Summary

Assist the Director of Banquet in managing all banquet operations, ensuring successful execution of events, exceptional guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability. Lead banquet teams in delivering outstanding service for weddings, conferences, meetings, gala dinners, and special events.

Key Responsibilities

1. Banquet Operations Management

·         Oversee daily banquet operations and event execution.

·         Ensure all events are set up according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).

·         Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event reviews.

·         Monitor room setups, service delivery, and event breakdown.

·         Ensure compliance with hotel standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.

2. Team Leadership & Development

·         Lead, motivate, and supervise banquet managers, supervisors, captains, and service associates.

·         Conduct training and coaching to maintain service excellence.

·         Manage performance evaluations and disciplinary actions when necessary.

3. Guest Experience Management

·         Ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction throughout events.

·         Handle VIP events and special requests.

·         Maintain strong relationships with event organizers and clients.

4. Financial & Cost Control

·         Assist in managing banquet budgets and departmental expenses.

·         Monitor labour productivity and scheduling efficiency.

·         Control operating costs, equipment usage, and inventory.

·         Support revenue optimization initiatives.

5. Coordination & Communication

·         Work closely with Culinary, Stewarding, Sales, Catering, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams.

·         Ensure clear communication of event requirements across departments.

Requirements

·         Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field.

·         Minimum 5–8 years of banquet or F&B operations experience.

·         At least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

·         Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·         Knowledge of banquet operations, budgeting, and service standards.

• Assist the Chief Engineer in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget and financial plans.

• Assist the Chief Engineer to develop preventive maintenance programs to ensure the facility is maintained and in service for our guests (example: lighting, refrigeration, heating, air-conditioning, water treatment systems, and pools)

• Assist the Chief Engineer to coordinate projects with general contractor and sub-contractor, and ensure quality work is performed cost-effectively

• Assist Chief Engineer to develop, implement and manage energy conservation programs for the property to minimise expenses

• Educate and train all engineering colleagues in compliance with governmental and safety regulations

• Ensure the team is properly trained and has the tools and equipment to carry out job duties

• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments

• Communicate with all hotel department heads to stay informed of maintenance needs and ensure timely responses to requests.

What We Need From You

• Certified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• Five years operating experience in a hotel engineering department

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory position in a hotel engineering department or a related field with a proven record of accomplishment or success.

• Experience in hotel renovation is an advantage

• Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering

• Highly committed to delivering a high level of guests experience

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, particularly to deal effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
