We are looking for an innovative and dynamic subject matter expert to lead business development for our ICE Global Network (IGN) and Consolidated Feeds services across the Asia Pacific region. Partnering closely with internal stakeholders — including Sales, Relationship Management, Product, and Marketing teams — as well as external clients, prospects, and partners, the Business Development Director will drive meaningful commercial growth. Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and relationship management teams to drive revenue growth and identify cross-selling opportunities across ICE's broader suite of services.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for IGN and Consolidated Feeds, clearly articulating product capabilities, content coverage, and delivery options to clients and prospects.

Knowledge and Experience

Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will manage a Sales team responsible for the development of business in the APAC + Middle East Region. Sales Representatives are responsible for generating new business and growing existing relationships, covering the licensing of Moody’s Credit Research and Ratings and the redistribution of Moody’s content. Job Purpose

This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end air freight (mainly air freight with sea freight in cross-modal coordination) operations across Southeast Asia, driving strategic growth, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining regulatory compliance, and leading high-performing teams. The Regional Airfreight Director will own the regional P&L, implement operational best practices, and foster strong customer and partner relationships to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for Southeast Asia air freight operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s global objectives and long-term growth plans.
• Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and market expansion across key SEA markets, identifying opportunities to strengthen our market position.
• Identify new trade lanes, strategic partnerships, and operational efficiencies to enhance competitiveness and drive business sustainability.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee end-to-end air freight, ocean freight (supporting cross-modal coordination), and customs brokerage operations across all SEA country offices.
• Ensure service reliability, regulatory compliance, and effective cost control across all operational touchpoints, maintaining high service standards.
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and performance dashboards to enhance operational visibility and accountability.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10-12 years of experience in the freight forwarding and logistics industry, with 5+ years of regional (SEA) senior leadership experience in air freight operations.
• Proven experience overseeing end-to-end air freight, ocean freight (cross-modal), and customs brokerage operations.
• Strong strategic and execution skills with a track record in growth, margins, and efficiency
• Deep knowledge of Southeast Asia air freight markets, trade lanes, and customs regulations
