• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services, Architectural or Structural Engineering with more than 6 years of working experience in construction design, drafting, BIM modelling, BIM model management and/ or coordination (services)
• Formally trained in specialist diploma in BIM, preferably with at least 4 years of experience in services coordination using BIM or BIM Management and/or modelling experience in a design, engineering or construction firm for a large project.
