Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related area with over 5 years of pertinent experience OR Master’s degree plus more than 3 years of related experience

• Practical experience with process intelligence or process mining tools such as Celonis, SAP Signavio, UiPath, or equivalent

• Strong understanding of Finance processes and ERP-based transaction flows

About the role:

At Goodnotes, we're on a mission to create the best medium for human and AI collaboration. You will join a talented, distributed Growth Marketing team across Europe and Asia, looking after ASO, Performance Marketing, and CRM. You will work alongside other marketers, designers, and the wider Goodnotes team to acquire new users.

As our User Acquisition Manager, you will own the execution of our paid acquisition program across global markets — managing campaigns, measurement infrastructure, and experimentation. This role sits within a structured capital allocation framework - you’re expected to understand and contribute to market-level unit economics (payback windows, LTV/CAC, ROAS by market) that determines where we invest, not just how individual campaigns perform. You’ll work closely with Data Science, Product, and the broader Marketing team.

This is the role for you, if you’re excited to work on the things listed below:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Apple Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms — driving efficient user growth across global markets
• Own market-level unit economics reporting — tracking 1Y ROAS, payback period, and LTV/CAC — and translate insights into concrete optimization decisions

Main responsibilities:

• Meet potential clients with Business Development Managers to enquire and understand clients’ needs

The Role

The incumbent is responsible for achieving sales targets and margins, be involved from initiation to completion of sales cycles; with particular focus on maintenance sales, the incumbent will ensure high level of client engagement and identify development potential in existing accounts. Job Responsibilities:

1.   Operational Oversight & Execution

·     Oversee and support Facilities Manager on daily facilities operations across multiple client sites.

·     Manage facilities, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for M&E, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building services.

·     Ensure service levels and KPIs are met, with prompt escalation and resolution of technical issues.

·     Oversee incident management, emergency response, and business continuity planning.

·     Monitor site inspections, audits, and contractor performance for compliance and quality.

·     Conduct fire drill and table-top exercise annually

2.   Client Relationship Management

·     Build and maintain strong, trusted partnerships with key client stakeholders.

·     Address escalations, resolve disputes, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

·     Proactively propose value-added FM solutions and continuous improvements.

3.   Contract & Service Delivery

·     Translate client FM requirements into deliverable service solutions.

·     Monitor KPIs, SLAs, penalties/service credits, and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.

·     Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance reviews for clients and senior management.

4.   Business & Account Development

·     Identify opportunities for contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling FM services.

·     Work with senior management to design and implement account growth strategies.

·     Expand scope of services (e.g., sustainability, energy management, asset lifecycle).

5.   Business Development & Tender Support

·     Provide technical input to tender submissions, bids, and sales presentations.

·     Participate in site show round with prospective clients.

·     Collaborate with sales teams to improve tender win rates.

6.   Financial & Budgetary Control

·     Prepare and manage budgets for assigned projects.

·     Monitor financial performance, analyse cost variances, and ensure profitability targets are achieved.

7.   Compliance & Statutory Requirements

·     Ensure client sites comply with statutory and regulatory requirements (fire safety, WSH, MOM, environmental).

·     Lead audits, inspections, and ensure timely reporting.

8.   Vendor & Team Management

·     Manage vendor selection, contract negotiations, and SLA performance reviews.

·     Lead, mentor, and develop site teams (engineers, supervisors, technicians).

·     Promote training, succession planning, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management.

- Strong track record in contract management, client servicing, and account growth.

- Experience in tender support, solution design, and commercial development within an FM contractor environment.
