Job Description:

Data Management & Transformation

• Leading the organization’s AI enablement strategy by identifying high-value use cases and translating business needs into scalable AI solutions.
• Partnering with stakeholders across functions to capture requirements, prioritize opportunities, and define success metrics (value, adoption, risk).

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, product/programme management, analytics, or AI/ML enablement roles (GenAI experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of AI/GenAI concepts, model limitations, and evaluation approaches; able to translate between business and technical teams.
• Experience designing and delivering training, workshops, and change management initiatives; strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, data privacy, and security considerations in enterprise environments; able to operationalize governance guardrails.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong written and verbal communication in English; French is a significant plus

• Data-driven and organised, with proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, or equivalent tools; ERP/CRM experience is a plus

• Stays informed on imported wine market trends and the competitive landscape

• Autonomous and proactive; you take ownership, pay attention to detail, and drive things forward without waiting to be asked
