Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Customer Engagement (number of Active Customers):

Managing the customer lifecycle by turning prospects into leads, converting leads to customers, engaging and retaining new customers, developing existing relationships, and reactivating lost or inactive customers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
