• A passion for harnessing the power of digital currency and blockchain technology and services built on top of it.

• Extensive experience working with blockchain forensic tools (e.g., TRM Labs, Chainalysis, Elliptic).

• Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.

Job Scope:

• You will attend to customer's enquiries and appointment requests via phone calls, email correspondence and live chat in a prompt and professional manner.
• You will need to liaise with internal and external departments or escalate problems tactfully to facilitate the effective resolution of problems when necessary.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional customer service experience in a call centre will be preferred
• Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
