Kejuruteraan Sistem Perisian merupakan cabang kejuruteraan sistem yang menangani pembangunan sistem intensif perisian yang kompleks. Ia melibatkan analisis, reka bentuk, pembangunan, pengujian dan penyelenggaraan pelbagai perisian berdasarkan keperluan pengguna tertentu, sambil mengambil kira kualiti, masa dan bajet yang diperlukan. Individu perlu memahami dan dapat menerangkan semua ciri perisian sistem. SSE perlu bekerjasama dengan pemilik produk, pembangun dan QA untuk memahami bagaimana sistem harus berfungsi dan bagaimana perisian menyokong fungsinya.

Tanggungjawab Kerja

• Jurutera Sistem Perisian akan menilai masalah dan mereka bentuk sistem baharu atau menambah baik sistem sedia ada untuk menjadikannya lebih baik dan cekap. Mereka perlu menunjukkan kecekapan teknikal yang cemerlang, menyediakan infrastruktur kritikal misi dan memastikan ketersediaan, prestasi dan keselamatan yang tertinggi.

• Berunding dengan pembangun fungsi silang (elektrik, mekanikal, perisian, pembuatan) untuk menentukan spesifikasi fungsi sistem

• Menganalisis dan menilai fungsi dan seni bina sistem perisian, dan kadangkala membangunkan prototaip dan mengambil bahagian dalam setiap aspek pembangunan perisian, termasuk pengumpulan keperluan dan kehendak pengguna, dokumentasi, reka bentuk, pengaturcaraan, kawalan kualiti, kejuruteraan keluaran dan pengekalan perisian,

• Pergi ke tapak pelanggan, mengikut keperluan, untuk menyokong isu perisian/produk atau untuk memahami keperluan fungsi dan operasi perisian daripada pelanggan.

• Bekerja sebagai penghubung teknikal dan projek antara pelanggan dan pasukan pembangunan, memainkan peranan penting untuk penyampaian penyelesaian. Mencipta dan mendokumentasikan seni bina sistem menggunakan kaedah yang terbukti.

• Menganalisis dan mengesahkan bahawa reka bentuk sistem memenuhi keperluan

• SSE akan bekerjasama dengan jurutera lain untuk memahami, membangun dan memastikan bahawa algoritma yang digunakan dalam perisian didokumenkan dan digabungkan dalam Dokumen Keperluan Perisian.

• SSE bekerjasama dengan ketua pasukan dan pembangun untuk mencipta pelan pembangunan perisian.

• SSE harus bekerjasama dengan pasukan pembangunan dalam menyemak dan mencadangkan penambahbaikan pada pelan ujian perisian.

• Secara aktif merangkul penambahbaikan berterusan terhadap diri sendiri dan pasukan. Berikan maklum balas yang membina kepada rakan sebaya untuk menambah baik pasukan dan proses.

• SSE menyokong definisi cerita, memberikan penjelasan yang diperlukan untuk membantu pasukan dengan anggaran dan penjujukan cerita mereka.

• SSE perlu memberi tumpuan kepada perisian sebagai satu sistem. SSE harus memahami antara muka perisian, sokongan dan kawalan peranti pihak ketiga.

• Tugas-tugas lain boleh diberikan mengikut keperluan.

Keperluan

• Memerlukan ijazah dalam Sains Komputer atau Kejuruteraan serta 7+ tahun pengalaman berkaitan.

• Pengalaman bekerja dengan C#/.Net.

• Komunikasi berbilang thread dan tak segerak Windows. Pengalaman dengan bas CAN dan komunikasi port Ethernet/siri

• Kemahiran bekerja profesional dalam Bahasa Inggeris diperlukan, termasuk membaca, menulis, bertutur dan mendengar.

• Pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam pembangunan Agile.

• Pengalaman kerja yang terbukti dalam memasang, mengkonfigurasi dan menyelesaikan masalah sistem perisian/perkakasan.

• Kebiasaan dengan UML dan/atau keupayaan pemodelan sistem lain

Job Summary

Software Systems Engineering is an arm of systems engineering that addresses the development of complex software-intensive systems. It involves analyzing, designing, developing, testing, and maintaining a broad range of software based on specific user needs, while taking into consideration the quality, time, and budget required. The individual needs to understand and be able to explain all features of the system software. The SSE needs to work with the product owner, developers, and QAs on understanding how the system should work and how the software supports its functionality.

Job Responsibilities

• A Software Systems Engineer will assess a problem and design a new system or improve the existing one to make it better and more efficient. They need to demonstrate superb technical competency, deliver mission-critical infrastructure, and ensure the highest availability, performance, and security.

• Consult with cross functional developers ( electrical, mechanical, software, manufacturing ) to determine system functional specifications

• Analyze and assess software system functionality and architecture, and at times develop prototypes and participate in every aspect of software development, including user needs and requirements gathering, documentation, design, programming, quality control, release engineering, and software sustaining,

• Travel to customer site, as needed, to support software/product issues, or to understand software’s functional and operational needs from the customers.

• Work as technical and project liaison between customer and development team, playing a key role for solution delivery. Create and document the system architecture using proven methods.

• Analyze and verify that system designs meet requirements

• The SSE will work with other engineers to understand, develop, and assure that algorithms used in the software are documented and incorporated in the Software Requirements Document.

• The SSE works with team leads and developers to create the software development plan.

• The SSE should work with the development team in reviewing and suggesting improvements to the software test plan.

• Actively embrace continuous improvement of self and of the team. Provide constructive feedback to peers to improve the team and processes.

• The SSE supports story definition, providing the clarifications necessary to assist the team with their story estimates and sequencing.

• The SSE needs to focus on the software as a system. The SSE should understand software interfaces, support and control of third-party devices.

• Other duties may be assigned as required.

Requirements

• Requires degree in Computer Science or Engineering plus 7+ years of relevant experience.

• Experience working withC#/.Net.

• Windows multithreading and asynchronous communication. Experience withCAN bus and Ethernet/serial port communication

• Professional working proficiency in English is required, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.

• Knowledge and experience in Agile development.

• Proven work experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software/hardware systems.

• Familiarity with UML and/or other systems modeling capabilities

• Customer support experience.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Merchant Operations Executive to join our team and play a key role in managing and supporting our growing merchant network. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thrive on solving operational challenges, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

As the main point of contact for our merchants, you will:

Manage end-to-end operational activities, including merchant onboarding, inventory management, logistics coordination, and warehouse operations to ensure smooth business operations.
Coordinate with suppliers, merchants, 3PL providers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to oversee shipment schedules, delivery arrangements, inventory movement, merchant activation, and issue resolution.
Handle operational transactions and documentation accurately through ERP/WMS systems, including inventory records, stock movements, merchant setup, compliance requirements, and operational reporting.
Monitor inventory performance, stock accuracy, merchant activity, and operational KPIs, while driving continuous improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality, and overall customer experience.
Provide day-to-day support for merchants and internal teams by managing inquiries, troubleshooting operational issues, coordinating cross-functional resolutions, and ensuring timely execution of operational processes.
Conduct regular audits, stock takes, reconciliations, warehouse visits, and compliance checks to maintain operational accuracy, regulatory adherence, and effective control of business assets.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Technology, and Logistics teams to support business growth, inventory planning, merchant success, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
