We are looking for a Talent Solutions Account Executive to join our team to tap into potential client opportunities, generate new business. You will be responsible for responding to inbound inquiries as well as blanketing your region with outbound activity. You will strategically approach target companies and teams, identify the best technology options and sell corporate solutions for hiring and learning. Although you strive to meet and exceed quota, you will always act as the clients’ internal advocate and in the best interest of the clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Being accountable for traffic engineering and transport planning, modelling delivery and verification on a range of transport projects
• Mentor, guide teams to achieve technical requirements and deliver the projects.
• Good hands-on experience of Strategic modelling software SATURN, DIADEM
• Experience in SATURN network development, Model Calibration and Validation, Demand forecasting and Matrix Estimation. 
• Familiarity with UK/US/ANZ/Middle East transport modelling guidance - (e.g., NPPF, DfT Guidance, Local Plans).
• Mentor and support junior engineers.
• Liaise with clients and AECOM’s global project teams to ensure technical excellence and timely delivery.

The role

This Service Management role is responsible for the maintenance, configuration and development of the Firm's IT Service Management tool, ServiceNow. This involves working within an agreed governance model to translate the requirements of process owners and other key contacts into a live implementation. There is an aggressive service management roadmap in play, which is aiming to deliver a number of self-service, automation and orchestration initiatives, and this role is crucial to the delivery of these initiatives using the tool.

What you will be responsible for

Support & Client Focus

• Help deliver the service management roadmap, which is aiming to deliver a number of self-service, automation and orchestration initiatives.
• Ensure that industry knowledge remains up to date.
• Scrutinise all requests for change to ensure that any work to the tool maximises value to the Firm and its clients.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all of the Firm's Service Management processes, and how those processes are integrated with the tool, to ensure that the impact of a change to one module is fully understood across all modules.
• Work with process owners, providing practical input and advice to help rationalise and improve stated requirements whilst at the same time ensuring that any changes do not detrimentally affect other modules or the system as a whole. 
• Be an escalation point for ServiceNow admins, as required, to resolve complex issues within OLA.
• As required, ensure technical documentation and training materials for ServiceNow admins remain current.
• Provide ad-hoc specialist training where required.
• Adhere to change management policies, process and procedures to ensure that any bug fixes and upgrades are thoroughly tested in the non-production environments before they are released to production.

Reporting

• Offer expert knowledge of how to build and develop reports from the tool.
• Build ad hoc reports for management upon request.

Systems Administration

• Perform workflow, data management, development and integrations in line with industry standard and Clifford Chance best practice.

Development & Testing.

• Support and, as required, manage the ServiceNow upgrade cycle.
• Utilise JavaScripting, HTML, CSS etc., as appropriate, to improve the performance and/or functionality of the tool and maximise value to the Firm and its clients.
• Work with internal and/or external development resources. Ensure that this in-house or 3rd party software integration works effectively with the tool and maximises value to the Firm and its clients.
• Produce and maintain a comprehensive testing protocol for the tool with the purpose of certifying all applications for use after changes have been deployed.
• Plan, perform and manage regular BCP tests for the ServiceNow platform.

Offshore Support

• Work with the wider Service Delivery team to ensure that the offshore support teams sufficiently dovetail with the London teams, helping to ensure that the split between onshore and offshore responsibilities is correct.
   

What you will do

On a day-to-day basis, the role will work on configuration and development tasks in the ServiceNow tool including, but not limited to, security, workflow, data management, development and integration of 3rd party tools.  This may be in the ITSM Module (Clifford Chance uses ITSM Pro) or on a variety of custom applications.

As part of this work, the analyst will be responsible for ensuring that core data integrity is maintained by adhering to a common, agreed taxonomy and naming convention. 

The role will support the ServiceNow upgrade cycle and will liaise with ServiceNow as and when incidents and/or requests need to be raised. The role will also need to work with internal and/or external engineering and development resources as and when more complex scripting and integration work is required. It is, therefore, expected that this role will build strong relationships with both individuals within ServiceNow as well as key engineering and development resources within Clifford Chance.

It will be the responsibility of the person in this role to track and manage any 3rd party activity affecting the tool.
 

Minimum 10 years of substantive professional experience in electrical design for Metro Rail projects, with documented evidence of technical leadership and project delivery

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Electrical System Design**

• Lead the design of LV & MV power distribution systems with full accountability for technical accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Design transformers, switchgear, MCCs, and panel boards in accordance with international standards and project specifications
• Conduct comprehensive electrical load calculations and demand analysis to ensure system adequacy
• Execute short circuit, voltage drop, and protection coordination studies to guarantee system integrity and safety
• Specify and oversee UPS systems, generators, and backup power solutions to ensure operational continuity
• Design earthing and lightning protection systems in compliance with applicable codes and standards

**2. Lighting & Small Power Systems**

• Direct the design of interior and exterior lighting systems, including precise lux level calculations and compliance verification
• Develop emergency lighting systems that meet all regulatory requirements and operational standards
• Establish small power layouts and socket distribution in accordance with project demands and safety protocols
• Implement energy-efficient lighting solutions, including LED and smart control technologies, to optimise operational performance

**3. Technical Documentation**

• Prepare and certify critical technical deliverables, including:
• Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
• Load schedules
• Panel schedules
• Cable sizing calculations
• Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• Comprehensive technical specifications
• Conduct rigorous review of shop drawings and material submittals to ensure compliance with design intent and standards

**4. Coordination & Project Management**

• Coordinate with Mechanical, Plumbing, Civil, and Architectural teams to ensure integrated design delivery and conflict resolution
• Represent the electrical discipline in client and consultant meetings, providing authoritative technical guidance
• Ensure strict compliance with local and international codes (IEC, NEC, NFPA, BS, and local authority regulations)
• Provide technical oversight during construction and conduct site inspections to verify compliance with design specifications

**5. Leadership & Technical Oversight**

• Direct and mentor junior engineers and draftsmen, establishing standards for technical excellence
• Conduct comprehensive review of all design outputs to ensure accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Maintain accountability for project delivery within established timelines and budgetary constraints
• Assume responsibility for the technical integrity and professional standards of all deliverables

• Good knowledge in Roads and understand the roads design terminology.
• Good in creating the Layouts, setting outs, cross-sections, Signs and Marking, understand Traffic signals, Pavement and Road furniture. Ability to extract the profiles, sections, setting out, grading etc., directly from the data shortcuts.  
• Working knowledge in managing Civil3D data shortcuts in ProjectWise and BIM360 environments. Ability to create templates and comply with project/client styles, line work, and naming conventions in both CAD and Civil3D. 
• Understanding and implement AECOM Quality Assurance procedures. Perform quality control, progress, scheduling and execution of product delivery to internal/external clients. Works under general guidance of the CAD Supervisor. Understanding of CAD Standard and workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities -:

• Handling proactive escalations & pending customer complaints for all the LOBs - Flights, Trains, Buses, Hotels and offering quick resolutions.
• Working on backend processes such as airline cancellation, refunds and re-issuances.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to raise recurring issues and follow up for fixes. 
• Working closely with the airline partners & sharing feedback on ongoing issues at the providers’ end.
• Being a part of process pilots, experiments and new projects that provide insights to all cross-functions.
• Monitoring NPS and working toward improving it in coordination with process owners.
