Job Description:

1. Billing

• Prepare and issue transport invoices accurately and on a timely basis
• Verify supporting documents (e.g. delivery orders, trip records, customer reports) prior to billing

6. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
7. Support senior management with financial insights and recommendations
8. Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and banks
9. Maintain proper filling systems to ensure all documents are up-to-date and readily available to review

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher / Graduate Diploma, Finance / Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
• Able to handle a full set if accounts is an added advantage
• Required skill(s): Ms Office
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base
• At Least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
