14. Legibly document all pertinent information in guest request log(s). Monitor and update log book(s) through the shift.
15. Handle guest complaints by following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction.
16. Place orders for amenities and coordinate delivery of amenities to designated guest rooms in accordance with hotel standards.
17. Legible complete confirmation cards according to departmental standards and deliver to guest upon completion of each arrangement coordinated for guest.
18. Relay accurate directions to guests’ desired destination within local area and distribute maps with highlighted routes.
19. Assist guests in locating and retrieving lost luggage.
20. Adhere to all cashiering procedures:Process limousine charges.Balance reportsDrop receipts
21. Successful completion of the training/certification process.
22. Maintain a good working relationship with all staff in the hotel to ensure maximum cooperation in doing the job.
23. Ensure all team members who do not start their shift at the regular time will also be given a one on one line up.

- Review the interface between Point of Sale (POS) systems and Hotel Management Systems ensuring that revenue data flows accurately and seamlessly between the systems.

- Review of daily no show and cancellation report and ensure that no show and cancellation revenue have been properly accounted for.

- Examine daily reports for paid outs, rebates, adjustments, house use, and complimentary rooms to ensure that each transaction is supported by relevant documentation and approved by the appropriate authorized personnel.

- Review daily Food & Beverage void and discount reports to ensure all entries are accurately documented and supported by appropriate justification.

- Responsible for conducting monthly surprise cash count at Front Office and F&B outlets.

- Ensure the foreign currency exchange rates are updated regularly and to check on the accuracy of such rates.

· Tactical sourcing for food and non-food categories related items

· Ongoing assessment, strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management

· Drive purchasing needs within all the departments and manage communication by giving procurement updates weekly

1. Manages group room enquiries (10 or more rooms / people) and related functions, dealing from receipt of request to contracting and payment.

2. Liaise with in-house departments for a quick and smooth execution and conversion of group business. Maintains ownership of group blocks, including pickup numbers, reservation methods, billing, and proper treatment of VIP guests.
