Responsibilities of an RTL module owner includes: Work closely with architects to refine design specifications and evaluate performance, power, and area trade-offs. Work closely with verification engineers to define test plans, debug failures, improve functional coverage and fix functional bugs. Work closely with backend engineers to improve the physical design feasibility, including lint, synthesis, and balance timing/area/power goals.

Qualification：

• BS/MS with course work in Electrical Engineering/Computer Architecture/Systems Engineering/Software Development
• Having basic knowledge of modern processor microarchitecture
• Strong knowledge of digital design fundamentals, such as combinational and sequential logic, truth tables, finite state machines, setup/hold time of flip-flops
• Proficient in SystemVerilog for RTL design.
• Experience with in C/C++ and scripting languages (Perl/Python) is a plus
• Comfortable working in Linux server environment
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed
• Strong interpersonal skills, written and oral; good team player
• Curiosity to learn and execute at a fast pace; communicate effectively with mentors and other team members

• To manage the daily operation of the number of vessels assigned to him in accordance with ASL’s HSSEQ
• System.
• Plan, manage, monitor and execute vessels repairs, dry dockings and conversions within agreed budgets.
• Monitor the vessels performance trend and take necessary remedial actions to optimize vessel’s operations.·
• Collection, Evaluation of Emission control / compliance data from ships and approval from relevant authorities (SEEMP / EEXI / CII).
• Follow up class and statutory certification status, condition of class and arrange for the necessary surveys (flag state, certification for Panama Canal etc.)
• Visit vessels regularly (at least two times a year, in Port + Sailing), prepare visit reports and follow up with
• closure of deficiencies observed·
• Prepare biannual, triannual or quarterly management reports, as agreed with each Principal, for the General
• Manager’s approval.
• Maintain strict cost control of the Annual Operating Budget for each of the assigned vessels.
• Review monthly cost control and approve monthly financial reports before sending to Technical Manager for
• review.
• Actively participate in training and education of new crew and Office Staff joining ASL.
• Assists SIRE inspection, TMSA audits

Requirements:

• Marine Engineer Class 1 ( Chief Engineer Unlimited ) Certificate. Minimum 5 Years of Tanker experience is
• mandatory.
• Possess relevant sea-going work experience as Chief Engineer with minimum class 1 certification within
• experience in LPG / Oil tanker for a minimum 2 years.
• Experience working as a Technical Superintendent, and preferably with tankers (LPG / Oil) would be an
• advantage.
• Hard-working and strong team player
• Possess good organizational and communication skills and hands-on.
• Ability to travel within short notice as required
