Transaction Execution

• Conduct and manage due diligence inquiries of target company using due diligence checklists to understand their business, assets, capabilities, ESG and financial performance, as well as strategic fit

WHO WE ARE

Led by the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Technology Risk leads the effort to secure Goldman Sachs against hackers and other cyber threats. We are responsible for detecting and preventing attempted cyber intrusions against the firm, helping the firm develop more secure applications and infrastructure, developing software in support of our efforts, measuring cybersecurity risk, and designing and driving implementation of cybersecurity controls. · Perform pentest of web applications, APIs, Mobile applications, and Thick Client applications, both On-prem and in the Cloud

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Min. 10 years of experience in Technology Risk and/or Cybersecurity, with a proven track record of being in a consulting or security engineering capacity.
