Job Summary

The Sales Support Executive plays a critical role in supporting the Sales and Operations teams by ensuring smooth coordination between clients, sales personnel, production, procurement, and project execution. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent costing and planning skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ) to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Client Support

- Provide comprehensive administrative and technical support to the Sales and Operations teams.

- Prepare quotations, costing sheets, proposals, and project documentation accurately.

- Ensure all sales documents are complete before processing.

- Follow up closely with clients regarding quotations, confirmations, project schedules, and outstanding matters.

- Build positive relationships with clients and ensure they receive prompt, professional, and courteous service.

2. Costing & Technical Support

- Prepare detailed product costing, pricing calculations, and profit margin analysis.

- Possess strong technical knowledge of furniture products, materials, hardware, manufacturing processes, and installation requirements.

- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure accurate costing.

- Assist in value engineering and recommend cost-effective alternatives where appropriate.

- Verify material quantities, measurements, and production requirements before project commencement.

3. Planning & Project Coordination

- Coordinate project schedules with internal departments to ensure timely delivery.

- Assist the Operations Manager in monitoring project progress and ensuring deadlines are met.

- Follow up with internal teams on outstanding tasks, approvals, and project updates.

- Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, installers, and external suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

- Monitor project timelines and escalate potential delays proactively.

4. Operations Support

- Assist the Operations Manager in tracking project status and ensuring all departments meet their commitments.

- Follow up with internal teams and clients for confirmations, approvals, drawings, materials, delivery schedules, and site readiness.

- Ensure information communicated between departments is accurate and timely.

- Prepare weekly project progress reports and update management regularly.

5. Communication & Customer Experience

- Serve as one of the primary points of contact between clients and the company.

- Communicate professionally with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence when handling customer concerns or project challenges.

- Maintain a calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure.

- Ensure every client feels valued, supported, and confident throughout the project lifecycle.

6. Documentation & Administration

- Maintain accurate project records, quotations, purchase information, costing files, and correspondence.

- Ensure all project documentation is properly filed and updated.

Job Description

PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

• Make sure production department can on time delivery product to customer.
• Preparing the production schedule for Mr Ham, Record every production department output daily.

PURCHASER

• Always monitor the material (Ink,Baseboard, Carton, Glue, Belt, Packing Material, etc) of production department, order before out of stock to make sure production run smoothly.
• Do the comparison table between supplier before order (New material/sparepart). Get approval from Mr Ham only can order.
• Preparing PO to supplier and let Mr Ham/Ashton Sign. Follow up PO to make sure material arrive on time.

ADMIN

• Preparing report every week/ month for Mr Ham & Sales Team. (Sales Report weekly, Actual Sales Report Monthly, Contract Report Monthly, Stock Report Monthly, Aeon delivery report ...etc)
• Preparing Sales order when receive customer purchase order to let Evon create Jobsheet for Production.
• Preparing DO & Invoice in SQL for delivery.
• Update stock balance everytime delivery in sharefile.
• Stock in with SQL system every time receive the completed jobsheet.
• Always monitor stock balance to make sure enough stock to delivery, if not enough must proceed production.
• Get customer/supplier detail to open new account. (Ask customer / supplier filling up new application form attach with Form 9 or business document)
• Create New Stock Code at SQL when receive new brand order.
• Control Petty Cash.

LOGISTIC COORDINAOR

• Arrange delivery on time.
• Accept Aeon PO VIA Aeon System & Booking Aeon DC Delivery VIA B2B system. (2 or 3 Times @ month
• Make sure delivery rate must be below our delivery costings

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and maintain the reception area, studio entrances and wider office environment, ensuring all spaces are clean, organised and present a professional image

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

2. Have at least 5 -7 years of relevant experience in warehouse, quality + QMS for pharmaceutical / healthcare industry in quality related role

3. Experience working in warehouse is desire

4. Have competencies in quality assurance / regulatory affairs, customer relationship management and root cause analysis

5. Have working experience ensuring compliance in accordance to Goods Manufacturing Practise cGMP,)/, Good Clinical Practises cGCP, Goods Distribution Practice (GDP) & ISO13485 for Medical Devices,

6. Experience in local certifications in a warehouse and transportation business.

7. IATA CEIV certification knowledge would be at advantage but not necessary.

8. Experience in conducting external and internal audits for regions

9. Must hold at least Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from a reputable local institute in Singapore.

10. Occasionally travel is required to sites and region warehouses.

About the Role

Our client, a MAS-regulated financial services firm, is seeking a client-focused Senior Client Advisor to join its growing team. This role is responsible for developing and managing relationships with affluent and high-net-worth individuals, providing wealth and investment solutions, and supporting clients throughout their financial journey.

The ideal candidate is a motivated relationship manager with strong knowledge of wealth management products, excellent client engagement skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and deepen relationships with affluent and high-net-worth clients.
• Understand clients' financial objectives and provide suitable wealth management, investment, and financial planning solutions.
• Conduct KYC, Client Due Diligence (CDD), ongoing reviews, and regulatory documentation in accordance with MAS requirements.
• Facilitate trade placements and coordinate investment transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide clients with timely market updates, investment insights, and recommendations tailored to their needs and risk profiles.
• Maintain a high standard of client service and build long-term relationships through proactive engagement.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices as a Registered Representative.
• Support product education and training initiatives for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in business development initiatives, strategic projects, and special assignments as required.
• Handle administrative and operational matters related to client servicing and account maintenance.

Requirements

• Recognized university degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Relevant experience in wealth management, private banking, financial advisory, external asset management, or investment-related roles.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, wealth management solutions, and financial markets.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and business development.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented with a strong sales drive.
• Experience managing clients from Greater China, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, or other Southeast Asian markets is advantageous.
• Ability to travel regionally when required.
• Possess relevant CMFAS qualifications, including M5, M6, M6A, M8, M8A, M9, and M9A (or equivalent), where applicable.
• Familiarity with MAS regulations and compliance requirements.
