Join as one of the first Singapore hires for an AI company expanding into APAC. Shape operations, culture, and technical strategy from day one while building C-suite relationships and driving strategic AI transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycle: prospect, qualify, develop, and close new business across APAC
• Build and maintain C-suite relationships (CIO, CTO, CDO, Chief AI Officer) and act as trusted advisor to senior decision-makers
• Create and execute territory plans focused on new logo acquisition, market penetration, and strategic account growth
• Develop compelling business cases translating Jeen.ai’s AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes
• Partner with Solution Engineering and Product teams to co-create tailored solutions, proposals, and demos
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial structuring
• Act as brand ambassador: speak at events, host executive roundtables, and publish thought leadership
• Contribute to GTM strategy evolution and provide field feedback to inform product roadmap
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and industry innovations

Requirements

• 5+ years enterprise B2B software/SaaS/AI sales experience with strong hunting and closing track record
• Proven success selling complex solutions to C-level decision-makers during long, consultative sales cycles
• Experience across APAC markets (Singapore + at least 1–2 other regions) with familiarity in local business cultures and regulatory landscapes
• Industry expertise in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Pharma
• Ability to articulate technical value in business terms and align solutions to strategic goals
• Track record of exceeding revenue and pipeline targets in high-growth or early-stage environments
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with strong executive presence
• Entrepreneurial mindset — self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and embraces accountability
• Willingness to travel across APAC

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building early-stage GTM strategies, opening new markets, or scaling commercial teams

RESPONSIBILITY

o Design, build, and deploy applications using low code/no code platforms particularly OutSystems;

o Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications;

o Develop automated workflows, forms, and integrations to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency;

o Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure they meet functional and non-functional requirements;

o Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed applications, including user guides, technical specifications, and support materials;

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to deliver high-quality applications that meet business needs.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

o Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines.

o 4+ years of experience in application development, with a focus on low code/no code platforms

o Familiar with Software development lifecycle

o Experience working in agile teams – TDD, Pair programming, Scrum, Continuous Integration

o Proven experience in developing and deploying applications with minimal coding;

o Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and database systems (SQL, NoSQL);

o Familiarity with APIs and integrations with other enterprise systems;

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

o Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions;

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

o Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI / CD pipelines;

o Relevant certifications in low code / no code platforms.

o Exposure to mobile application development will be an added advantage.

o Hands-on configuration experience in administration setup and managing Low-code product and features, including but not limited to rules engine, workflow, processes logics, data validations screen flows and page layouts with Outsystems.
