Primary Function of Position

Intuitive is seeking a Senior Manager, Regional Clinical Marketing, who will partner with a team of clinical marketing professionals across the Asia Region and lead the development of marketing capabilities that support the clinical audience (surgeons and care teams) journey through awareness, conversion, adoption, and sustainability. 

This individual will act as a trusted strategic advisor in the marketing of a predefined set of specialties and procedures.  They will partner closely with a team of Market-based clinical marketers in Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, and India.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform a strategic analysis of Regional clinical opportunities and readiness. Establish alignment with key internal stakeholders on the Regional clinical marketing roadmap and tactical plans.

• Act as a strategic and execution leader in coordinating clinical audience-related marketing initiatives with Market-level clinical audience marketing teams. Leverage clinical marketing expertise from other Regions and teams and localize relevant marketing resources in the Region and each target Market.

• Support each Asia Market in their local clinical audience segmentation, persona development, and KOL development efforts.

• Oversee and guide localization efforts of specialty-specific clinical value messages in Asia.

• Support Market-level clinical marketers in creating the necessary collaterals, programs, and customer engagement channels to engage surgeon and care team audiences.

• Create a Region-wide society engagement strategy and build tactical execution plans. Build regional KOLs and programs.

• Help the local clinical marketing teams pull through and apply patient-facing educational and awareness programs and content in their Markets, as appropriate.

• Build marketing capabilities to measure the impact of clinical marketing events and help Markets adjust their tactics in real time.

• Capture the voice of the customer across the Region and elevate it to corporate teams for Region-specific campaigns, programs, and services. Monitor industry activities and support reactive/proactive message and program creation efforts.

Primary Function of Position
The Director, Commercial Solutions – APAC, will lead the regional strategy, design, and execution of Intuitive’s commercial solutions enablement framework across the Asia Pacific region. This includes pricing governance, customer finance programs, tender excellence and quote-to-cash excellence. This leader will ensure that commercial processes and tools are scalable, compliant, and aligned with Intuitive’s global priorities—while supporting sustainable growth through data-driven insights and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and proven leadership experience in commercial operations. They will collaborate closely with APAC and global executive leadership to enable commercial success, strengthen customer partnerships, and accelerate adoption of Intuitive’s technologies across diverse healthcare markets in the region.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the APAC commercial solutions strategy in alignment with global objectives and regional business priorities.
• Lead regional pricing governance, financial structuring, and commercial operations to drive scalability and compliance.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Operations to deliver efficient, customer-focused deal execution.
• Design and manage innovative customer finance programs tailored to diverse APAC markets to expand technology access.
• Oversee adoption and optimization of digital commercial tools (CPQ, CRM, analytics) for improved visibility and decision-making.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing regional team that supports pricing and commercial enablement excellence.

Primary Function of Position:

The Asia Sales Operation Analyst supports the Asia FSO team in driving operational efficiency and providing data-driven insights for commercial planning and decision-making. This role focuses on sales operations, reporting, and analysis across the Asia region, working closely with regional commercial leaders to enable informed decision-making and business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to provide actionable insights for commercial strategy and operational efficiency.
• Assist in developing commercial reporting tools and dashboards that track performance against Intuitive’s commercial fundamentals (e.g., surgeon adoption, training productivity, sales contribution).
• Partner with regional teams to prepare presentations and reports for executive leadership and board-level discussions.
• Monitor market trends and business performance to identify risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to management.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of operational reporting.
• Support initiatives that improve sales operations processes and enhance business partner decision-making.

Skills / Job Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High curiosity and aptitude for identifying trends, outliers, and relationships in data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Data Analytics preferred.

As a senior member of the customer training leadership team, this individual will be a key player in leading and developing System Technology and Application training programs. The Senior Manager, Customer Training, will lead the team in the continuous improvement of these training programs, will effectively manage and develop a team of Trainers and collaborate with the VP to effectively support Training Center operations and deliver results. This leader will expand the utilization of Intuitive Surgical technologies within territory by partnering with customers, distributors and internal partners to identify and implement best practices in utilization, training, and optimization of robotic surgery programs. Additionally, the Senior Manager, Customer Training and Genesis will manage a team of field-based consultants and specialists focused on delivering best practices in successful management of sustainable robotic surgery programs with an emphasis on standardization, efficiency and safety.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with customer training leadership team, sales team, marketing, and other stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure training and consulting support is properly allocated to meet the needs of the business.
• Measures training and consulting effectiveness and leads initiatives to improve programs. Routinely develops new or improved Customer Training offerings. Relied upon to consistently oversee and/or otherwise design/deliver training and consulting programs of considerable, measurable impact.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll support producers and the creative team across the entire production pipeline.

Pre-Production
Help set projects up for success.

• Assist in preparing proposals, budgets and timelines

• Coordinate recce, call sheets, crew bookings and equipment rentals

• Consolidate client feedback clearly (no scattered comments, please)

• Track deliverables such as scripts, storyboards, animatics, shot lists and graphics

• Liaise with internal and freelance team members (Director, DOP, editor, animator etc) to ensure alignment

Production Coordination
Be part of the team keeping shoots running smoothly.

• Be present on shoot days when required

• Ensure talent, crew and clients understand the flow of the shoot

• Track schedules so we avoid unnecessary overtime

• Handle on-ground logistics and unexpected curveballs

Post-Production
Help projects move efficiently toward final delivery.

• Track versions (V1, V2, V3… final… final-final!)

• Consolidate client feedback clearly before passing it to editors

• Ensure feedback is structured and actionabl

• Monitor deadlines and flag risks early

• Coordinate exports and delivery formats

Administrative & Financial Support
Support the operational side of production.

• Track petty cash and production expenses

• Assist with invoice documentation and vendor coordination

• Maintain organised documentation for each project
