IFS is looking for a dynamic, resilient New Logo Sales Executive to join our high-growth AI sales overlay team and help us disrupt the industrial enterprise software space.

In this role, you’ll be a true hunter—building pipeline, creating new opportunities, and closing complex, high-value enterprise AI deals. Working alongside our regional field sales teams, you’ll take an entrepreneurial approach to prospecting and opening doors in large strategic accounts, positioning IFS as a trusted partner and thought leader for digital transformation.

What You’ll Do

• Hunt into a focused list of target strategic accounts, driving net-new sales and recurring revenue in IFS’s AI portfolio.
• Lead consultative, value-based customer discussions that showcase how AI is reshaping industries and impacting operations.
• Position IFS AI solutions as differentiated, disruptive, and delivering tangible business value fast.
• Engage customer executives across technical and business functions, bringing executive presence to boardroom discussions, presentations, and workshops.
• Leverage your industry expertise and successful track record in enterprise software sales to identify, qualify, and close $500k+ ACV AI-led opportunities.
• Partner with regional sales, industry specialists, and solution teams in a matrixed go-to-market model.
• Leverage a range of AI-based applications and tools in your day to day function, from industry and company research, prospecting, meeting prep, communication, and presentation building.

IFS Japan is seeking for a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Senior Aerospace & Defense Application Consultant.  You will be at the forefront of IFS product implementations working directly with IFS customers and partners on cutting edge industry solutions in the Aerospace & Defense sector. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to work with geographically distributed teams around the globe which will provide you with international exposure through project implementation and commercial execution.

The Solution Architect (Consulting) is responsible for leading the overall business value and delivering an IFS solution fit for the customer. Key to this is gaining buy-in from both the Customer and the IFS teams. The Solution Architect enjoys the challenge of creating and communicating well thought through practical solutions that form the basis for successful implementations/transformations and ultimately lead to highly referenceable customers.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Apply knowledge and experience in complex, multi-phase projects
• Take the lead in delivering the IFS solution, maintain clear communication on all aspects of the solution with the customer project and management team.
• Work closely with the IFS Project Manager to ensure the risks from complex  requirements are minimized.
• Coordinate and delegate work within the delivery team
• Work with partners and system integrators in ensuring the IFS experience is consistent regardless of the delivery mechanism.
• Advise on the successful application of IFS Accelerators.
• Focus on ensuring delivery of value to the customer.
• Be involved in the successful delivery of additional consulting services; Select, Success, Safeguarding.
• Be familiar with the available IFS Accelerators, and how they can be applied to a customer project

• Articulate product direction and the potential value it could bring to our customers

You will be responsible for combining industry experience with IFS best practices to guide the customer through the implementation of core IFS business solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Guiding our customers to improve their business through a deep understanding of the core IFS solution and industry accelerators.
• Understanding the customer’s Aerospace and Defense business, industry and local asset, service and maintenance practices and policies.
• Acting as a trusted advisor in articulating and critically evaluating customer-specific business  solutions.
• Seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships.
• Understanding customer business needs and guiding them in the most effective usage of IFS Products.
• Leading and owning the solution definition and scope for the A&D portion of the IFS Solution.
• Identifying and bridging the gap between the customer’s business requirements and IFS Products.
• Conducting customer training sessions and workshops.
• Guiding and assisting the customer with testing and Go Live cut-over strategies.
• Keeping up to date with regulatory and compliance requirements of the A&D domain in the key focus industries.
• Managing, coaching and mentoring IFS colleagues.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of existing IFS products, processes and methodology.
